As a CEO you will be responsible for leading the company, setting its strategic direction, and ensuring its continued growth and profitability.

You have a proven track record in a leadership role in the technology industry and experience in managing a SaaS company.

• Your develop and implement a strategic plan aligned with the company mission and goals.
• You lead and manage the executive team.
• You foster a culture of innovation and collaboration, encouraging employees to contribute their ideas and expertise.
• You build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• You identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
• You manage the company's finances, ensuring that it remains financially stable and profitable.
• You represent the company in the media and at industry events, serving as a spokesperson.

Profiel

• Your have a higher degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, engineering, or business.
• You have a proven track record in a leadership role in the technology industry, with specific experience in managing a SaaS company.
• Your have strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• You have experience with identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You are a natural leader and you inspire people.
• You have a strong financial acumen, with experience in managing budgets and financial performance. Ideally you have experience in raising money in a VC or PE environment. Experience with M&A would be outstanding.
